Principles of Health and Fitness (20 hours)

This module focuses on the principles of a healthy lifestyle and the impact of exercise on the body. You will learn about the benefits of physical activity, the physiological effects of exercise, and the components of fitness. The curriculum also covers key nutritional information, training principles, and the signs of overtraining, providing a holistic view of client health.

Sports Massage Treatments (90 hours)

This practical module covers the entire treatment process, from preparing the environment to evaluating your work. You will learn about the history of massage, how to conduct subjective and objective assessments, and apply a wide range of sports massage techniques. The course emphasizes the importance of proper posture, client communication, and professional standards throughout the treatment and provides a framework for client aftercare and self-reflection.

Understand the Principles of Soft Tissue Dysfunction

This module provides a detailed understanding of soft tissue injuries and dysfunction. You will learn to differentiate between different types and severities of injuries, identify their common causes and symptoms, and understand the natural repair process.
